Lung King Heen is a three Michelin-star restaurant in Hong Kong. Situated on the northern-facing side of Victoria Harbor on the Four Seasons hotel in the island of Hong Kong, it boasts views of Kowloon, with direct views of the nightly light show.
The restaurant provides a tasting menu with optional wine pairings, a seasonal tasting menu with no pairings, and an a la carte menu. The focus is Cantonese regional cooking, which is considered less greasy than other Chinese regional styles, and focuses largely on seafood, with an emphasis on braising. The food is also considered less salty than other cuisines, such as Chiuchow.
